Susan Borowicz created Trends Catering in 1985 and is still the owner today. With more than 30 years of experience, Susan takes a personal approach to every event she caters—from crafting custom menus to ordering and helping prepare food.

Trends Catering specializes in boutique weddings across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties in California. Susan is passionate about showcasing the local bounty by using seasonal produce, meats, and cheeses.
